Hedgehogs + Tenrecs
Hedgehogs are such a recognisable animal but one most have never seen in the wild. We have 2 types of rescue hogs at the sanctuary and these are the African pygmy hedgehog and the Madagar tenrec. Very different animals and where as the pygmy hedgehogs are a shy, reclusive animals the tenrecs are quite the opposite.
Interaction
Our hedgehogs are happy to be held in their personal fabric cuddle bag.
Suitability
Our 'hogs are are suitable for all ages.
Groups
Our 'hogs are suitable for all group sizes agreed by us.
Location
They are suitable for indoor events all year round and outdoors in the warmer months.
