A HANDS ON EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR ANIMAL LOVERS WHO ENJOY INTERACTING AND LEARNING ABOUT AMAZING ANIMALS
SECONDARY SCHOOLS
animal encounter

With fully educational links directly to the curriculum these popular sessions offer a hands-on experience for the whole class.
Visits can be tailor made to suit your current class planning or relevant theme such as a focus on specific animals, animal adaptation, classification of animals and animals from a specific habitat etc.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will arrive at the agreed venue 10 minutes before the start time as we don't have any lengthy set up times - this is to ensure that the animals are in their carriers for the least amount of time necessary.

This is perfect for a hall or large activities room where the children can spread out and not be too distracted by each other. The animals will be with the handlers on blankets, on the floor, giving each child time to build confidence and interact individually and with the group. We will also help the children to feed some of the animals where possible.
