Pet boarding

Here at Our Amazing Animal World we are able to provide a new and unique small pet boarding service so you can relax and enjoy your holiday knowing your loved ones are being well looked after by experienced professionals in a safe environment.

As pet owners ourselves we know how important it is to know that your loved ones are being looked after and not just left in the corner and ignored while you're away. We will treat your pets with the care & attention they are used to receiving at home. This will include plenty of exercise and enrichment activities to ensure that they're happy and healthy during their holiday with us.

We ask that you supply their usual bowls and bottles so that they have what they're used to. We will supply hay, fruit & vegetables, bedding, toys, use of exercise facilities, handling and lots love and cuddles.

Keeping you informed

We will send you some pictures and a video either by email or to a phone so that you can see your pet is happy.

Vet details

Please supply details of your vet in case the animal requires veterinary care while you are away. This will be discussed with you prior to pick up/drop off.

Prices

Our prices are the daily fee from the day of arrival up to the day of departure. This is based on 1 animal with any additional animal of the same species half price.

Bank holidays

Bank holidays will be charged at an extra £1 on top of the daily rate with Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve & Day incurring an additional £2 charge on top of the daily rate.

Please supply the food your pet is used to to avoid any stress for the animals with a change of diet.

Guinea Pigs, Skinny Pigs, Chinchillas & Ferrets

£8 per day

Reptiles

Geckos, Tortoises, Bearded Dragons, Pygmy Hedgehogs etc

£10 per day

Birds

Budgies, Canaries, Cockatiels and other small birds

£5 per day

Couldn’t even start to explain how amazing both these guys are! They looked after Lucky the ferret for me whilst I was away over 2 years and he always came back happy. We visited their rescue and loved meeting all their animals. You can see they are all very loved and well looked after. They also came to my wedding the night before and bought some of their animals with them. It was fab having a chilled evening with them both and my close friends and family learning about all the different critters.

We’ve been boarding our 4 ferrets with Mark and Jerry for about 18 months, for short or longer trips. The fact that they have ferrets themselves put my mind at ease as they are experienced with them and can notice if something is wrong. While the ferrets are with them I get regular updates while I’m away and I can reach out if I have a question. Drop off and pick up are always easy and flexible. Mark very quickly identified the ferrets’ different personalities and makes sure they are happy. Discovering them was such a relief as finding competent ferret boarding options is tricky.
