A HANDS ON EXPERIENCE FOR THE ANIMAL LOVERS WHO ENJOY INTERACTING AND LEARNING ABOUT AMAZING ANIMALS
Kids After School Clubs are the perfect setting to interact with our Amazing Rescue Animals.
Our fully interactive, hands-on animal encounters give the children (and adults) a memorable encounter with some truly amazing animals.
Whether you are arranging a one off treat or a number of varied sessions we can tailor our visits to suit your needs.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
This can take place in a hall or room where there is adequate space for all the children, adults, animals and handlers. We will introduce each animal to the children giving them time to fully interact and ask questions. We have lot's of experience with children with additional needs so please do speak to us about this.
Animals can be split into groups/territories etc if you are looking for regular bookings.
We will arrive at the agreed venue 10 minutes before the start time as we don't have any lengthy set up times - this is to ensure that the animals are in their carriers for the least amount of time necessary.
Once the Animal Encounter begins the handler will run through all the safety aspects and rules for everyone that will be interacting with the animals.
The animals will be introduced with fun information and age appropriate facts about each specie whilst they are on a supplied blanket on the floor for each child to interact as much as they feel comfortable with.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY...
Mark I honestly cannot recommend OAAW highly enough. They have now visited our Out of School Club 3 times (and hopefully will for many more!!) All of the staff are absolutely fantastic with the children, engaging them with jokes and playfulness whilst the children await their turn and also teaching ALL of us facts about the animals they are showing us on the day. They have always provided a range of animals and are open to requests as well as taking into consideration allergies or fears.
